When you are looking for events to spice up your program, try one of these! This list will be constantly changing, so return often to see what the latest fun events for your Scouts are. All Clinton Valley Council events are covered under the council refund policy.

Detroit Tigers Scout Day

Detroit Tigers

The Detroit Tigers will be holding their 2008 Scout Day on Sunday, June 29. The deadline for ordering your tickets is May 29 and space is limited, so do not delay!

CVC Car Show

Hot RodClinton Valley Council Car Show

Come out to the first Clinton Valley Council Car Show on June 21. The show and judging begins at 10:30 am, with awards presented at 2:30 pm. If you have a car that you would like to enter in the show, you can register here. For more information, read the car show flier.

Learn about America’s Great Outdoor Heritage!!

  • Participate in many hands-on activities.
  • Open to all registered Scouts and their families.
  • $5 per participant (includes a patch)
  • (Adults: may attend at no charge to chaperon; fees apply if participating)

Limited to total of 1500 people!! (Includes paid & unpaid participants

Event Agenda

  • Check-in begins at 8 AM (Car pooling is recommended)
  • Event runs from 9 AM – 3 PM (bring a sack lunch)

Scout Day with the Lansing Lugnuts

Lansing Lugnuts

A day reserved especially for Boy Scouts!

  • Boy Scout Day is set for Sunday, June 8th.
  • Special pre-game parade on the field allow your pack/troop to get the recognition they deserve!
  • Come early to grab a team picture and meet your favorite player with a pre-game autograph session presented by the Lansing Board of Water & Light.

Enjoy a day designed just for kids, Meijer Kids Day! Don’t forget to stay late to race around the infield as a part of Pepsi Kids Run the Bases.
