Centennial Quality Awards Program The Centennial Quality Awards program is designed by the Boy Scouts of America to recognize units, districts, councils, areas, and regions in achieving excellence in providing a quality program to a growing youth population in America at all levels of the Boy Scouts of America. The following links and descriptions are from the National Council's web site and will explain the program. There is also information specific to Clinton Valley Council regarding the timeline and minimum requirements for the units and districts. An important point to remember is that the Centennial Quality Awards are not based on when the unit recharters, but on a calendar year.
