Frequent Advancement and Recharter Problems

1. When rechartering you MUST login as a NEW USER every year. You are only a returning user in recharter if you put the charter on hold and come back to finish it later.
2. Once you hit submit in rechartering you must print and exit. You cannot go back into the system until the following year.
3. In both Internet advancement and Internet recharter a unit must put zeros in front of their unit number to make it four digits. For example: Pack 102 must be entered as 0102.
4. When rechartering, if you have trouble entering or deleting someone, manually write in your corrections and we will make the changes. Please remember to adjust your fees accordingly on the front page of your charter.
5. The Access Code # is for internet recharter and Unit ID# is for internet advancement. The access code # changes every year. The Unit ID # does not change.
6. The unit must turn in the advancement form from our internet advancement system with the usual signatures to validate what they have entered.
